Flying Lindy

My parents met during the 1950s when swing dancing was all the rage. They lived here on the west coast so always danced the West Coast Swing. This is the first of a series of patterns based on the swing stitch pattern, which naturally reminds me of my parents, and how they met. The Flying Lindy is a fast-moving variation of the West Coast Swing.

Sock is knit from the cuff down, and has a standard heel. Pattern written in 5 sizes.

Flying Lindy coordinates with Sugar Push, a pattern for finger-less mitts, an Syncopation, a sleeveless shell..
